The "bad news" is that there is absolutely no information on what MYMD Pharmaceuticals will or will not do, if anything. The website continues to show the "Will Be Back Soon" message they have displayed for many months. The musings mentioned here about RCPIQ shareholders receiving MYMD shares for their RCPIQ shares is strictly my wishful thinking about what I would like to see.
In reality, in these cases the old stockholders usually get stiffed and go away emptyhanded, and the new stockholders get all the gravy!
