If there's going to be a next leg up, wouldn't management be aware?
And if management is aware, why are they not buying shares on the open market?

Has COB Shannon Cravey, DIRCTOR Richard Barber and/or VP Adrian Garcia ever bought shares and filed a notification with the SEC? All of them could have recently picked up a million shares for "only" $1300.
