I don't know the specifics, but if he was using multiple alias' that could be one explanation. Who knows, though. the downward pressure on this stock has been enormou and I've lost enough so that it's not even worth cutting my losses at this point. Let's hope for the best.

Heilman was suspended from RB with his danheilman alias for spamming a number of boards about the legendary basher firebird_1965. When he got a new alias as dan_heilman, he violated RB's policy about posting while under suspension. Trying again with dan__heilman, he discovered that RB takes its suspension policy seriously, as the alias was quickly deleted. There is generally no appeal process there--no 'jail' as there is on IHUB where suspended posters can plead their case.
