Oops. Another person mistakes toughness for strength.

Spider silk is NOT 10 times stronger than Kevlar. The person in the video probably doesn't understand the difference. I've mentioned this many times before.

Kevlar is stronger than spider silk.

Spider silk is tougher than Kevlar. By a lot.

This makes a difference because spider silk gains toughness by stretching. Stretching means a bullet is stopped 'on the wrong side of the body' (R. Lewis).

Please try to understand this difference.
