Definitely not 20 million. On 3/21/20 there was 13.8 million shares and $300k preferred. The lowest vwap since then was $0.19. $0.19 x 80% = $0.152. $300,000/0.152 = 1.9 million shares. 1.9 million + 13.8 million = 15.7 million shares outstanding. When they update us with sec filing it will be close to that number. Math is fun and more accurate then just making stuff up.
