INO I dunno, it just always drops when the pumpers dump.
I'm really not into predicting INO's price movement, I decry the stock when it's $4.00 or $14.00. Percentage wise, noobs get hurt the same no matter the level.

INO is a long running pump & dump that kills accounts, unless you are a "top of the top" penny player.
