I'm sure that Gates intentionally avoided mentioning specific promising medications, including Leronlimab, because he wants to wait for the clinical trials to show efficacy. It's like the old saying, you don't put the horse in front of the cart. If Leronlimab proves to be efficacious in the trials, I think Mr. Gates will back global distribution of the drug.
