Totally useless going after the clowns operating these scams like IGEX and they know it. The only ones to make any kind of money off such suits are the lawyers.

If you look at the latest IGEX financials they don't have a dime. Cant get blood from a stone and these OTC scam tickers like IGEX arent registered with the SEC for a reason, no jurisdiction.
