Everything to do with this company fell within the monitor’s purview by court order. They left it a dead, empty, debt ridden shell company now revoked by Delaware.

I don’t see the giant stretch qualification of CCAA in that statement. But in any event, all goes through the Monitor. The most basic of bankruptcy principles.
