In this interview Ezra did in February, they hope to be in 5 states with in 6 months (California, Texas, Florida, Ohio and Michigan. So probably looking at 3 - 4 months for phase 1 to be completed. Then they want to be in a third of states by about a year and all states with in 2 years.
Also from PRs Nsure.com put out, they hired 100 new people when they formed this partnership to be sure they are hitting these goals and getting there business scaled out across the country.
This video is a good reminder of their plans in the near future, as Ezra reiterates they want to move to a National exchange. Also, he mentions Goosehead, they are similar to nsure, but they think nsure has even better technology. Might take some time to get there, but great potential with nsure, which we will hopefully start to see the beginning of that in 3 - 4 months when phase 1 is completed.
