You may very well be correct. One of the problems with companies such as INO is being recognized. It has the recognition (Gates Foundation, Cramer) and if more money is needed to progress their vaccine, it will happen.
Trillions of dollars spent on junk bonds, loans/grants to oil, transportation, retail...
If you do not think Cramer does not have Kudlow’s ear you are wrong. One word from Kudlow to Trump and the money is there.
If anyone on this board does not think some millions will not be given to ION for a vaccine to save a global economy and human lives - they are nuts.
