I do believe it is how you have it all set up with your investment company. I do all my voting on-line and get the information with a link in e-mails. It is required by law for the information to be sent to you for how to vote your shares. How you have chosen to receive that (whether by e-mail or print) is how it is sent to you.

Sounds to me like they still don’t have their votes. Wonder what will happen if they don’t get them? Time is running out.

Pretty much already know what will go down if they happen to get them.
