The best way for investors to protect their investment is to go to their brokerages "Trade" page, click on "Order Type" and select "Stop Sell" then click on "Time in Force" then click on "Good 'til Canceled".
I never had to use this feature until I bought in to Innovio because of the # of short sellers trading the stock.
For me, Innovio has been my best performing stock. I think investors like this vaccine technology the best which is why the company has garnered so much attention.
Out of seventy (70) pharmaceutical companies, 60 Minutes showcased only two (2) companies, Innovio and Moderna in its segment "In clinical trials and laboratories, the hunt is on to find vaccines and drugs to treat, prevent novel coronavirus".
That's not by accident. Its because IMO they have the most promising vaccines and the best chance to bring a vaccine to market the soonest.
As we all know, Covid - 19 is a life and death matter and the stakes are high and the Worlds economies and returning to a normal way of life will never happen unless a vaccine is developed.
