ahhhhh ... that may be a wrong assessment. Look at mid may of last year. RSI stayed around 80 for a couple of weeks as PPS spiked a lot higher than we are now. Knowing the fundamentals are this strong, there is no reason that we don't repeat the same technicals and maybe even go higher, JMHO!
