Hey guys,

Hope everyone is staying safe. Things are pretty bad here in CT.

Regarding the recent court case the big bank loan already had a lean on everything including Dan's personal home so as bad as court seems we were just as bad off before this case it seems as the bank loan is way over that amount.

Ever since we were de-listed chances were slim to none but perhaps even less so now with oil prices so low which makes renewables an even harder sell.

The only chance would be if Dan could raise a real lot of money and settle the debts partially with cash and stock. but to be honest I really do not see that happening in this environment. Lots of companies are folding up now due to the economic conditions, oil prices are low, investment money in chaos. Also even if anyone had business to do and money now you could not even travel to get it done.

Rob from the group who had the biking accident is recovering slowly. My daughter friend lost her grandmother to Covid, and her uncle in in the ICU now. I have 5 other friends with it, 4 mild cass mostly recovered, one is a bit tougher. Been working from home since Mid-March, stocked up in Mid February with stuff here. My daughter had two Covid tests (first one "leaked in the bag" they said. Second was negative.

Its hard to believe my first post here was in late 2015. It has been a long road.

For those of you that might remember the Handbag company turning into a pot company.... Well just as it got close, everything was getting shut down and since no audited statements nothing happened there either, at least not yet.

If I hear anything ill pass it along. I really wish that deal I was trying to put together with the Water company and the sanitizer company worked out as that company is killing it now. Cant even make enough to supply anyone, Stock would have been flying.

Hope everyone stays well until this blows over...
