Chuckles, 10Q's do not need to be audited just the 10K. Just ask the CFO, accountant for any Nasdaq or NYSE stock. PCTL is SEC current in all financials in accordance with the SEC's CV-19 extension policy.

The Form 10-Q includes unaudited financial statements and provides a continuing view of the company's financial position during the year. The report must be filed for each of the first three fiscal quarters of the company's fiscal year.
