Agreed.

So why was ARYC suspended?

By all means suspend ARYC if they failed to file financials by April 30th as per Form 15 requirements and assuming they had $10 million in assets by December 31st 2019.

And to make matters worse it looks like ARYC is consigned to life in the grey market and a huge decline in PPS.

None of this makes any sense!!!
