but somany's research kind of makes a theory that ballas was more dumb than corrupt.

He buys out the old CEO at around .4600 by giving the old CEO shares "worth millions". that old CEO what is he going to do? he's going to sell sell sell the second ballas starts diluting down.

now somany goes on to talk about corruption where they dilute to cover unreported debt. But hey, I can see ballas THINKING he can keep share price high, then the guy he sold to who no longer has controlling interest dumpsells, so ballas panics and sees has no choice but to also dumpdilute.


regardless, I'm not defending ol jimmy boy, just having an academic discussion. Either way, dumb or corrupt, jimmy has had years to steer the ship right since 2013!.
