I have sold and re bought into Bork and was there when John bought the company I had first had shares in.I have a small amount of shares, but am very frustrated with John. Never any news at all, so I decided to investigate all I could and I turned to "Linked In" a social network. Before I give you this information I want to be clear, I don't know if John has done anything unlawful.This is what I found, Company shows 2-10 employees, 1 CEO C.J.Condon, a HR person, a salesman in China, Robert Fish who is a American trained engineer who owns E-Wing and exclusive agent for Bork Industries. But there is more to this story, in 2016 John Bork and Robert Fish started a company together. JBRF, LLC. Oh yes, John Bork Robert Fish LLC. I am only assuming because John and Robert know, How did they grant Bork patents to JBRF, LLC? Have they been making monies that Bork shareholders never see, don't know. How will we ever know? Many of you have thought he will BK, Bork. But could be, or maybe not. What if he wants to buy back all shares and take it private, there are days that volume is 2-3 times average. I did confront John Bork on Linked In with all this information, he would not answer me and the contacts I mentioned disappeared from his contacts with exception to CJ Condon. I would love to hear from other stock holders on all this information. What direction do we take?
