Based on the fact that there is a difference in testing a homogeneous fluid properties vs. a fluid that has impurities, and then trying to determine the nature of the impurities.

But just the act of prs will drive the stock price and the fda will take weeks or months to make a conclusion. Or perhaps not based on the known science. If it failed the Berman says "I tried" and still has glucose and profits from the stock sales. The company was already on the watch list. Berman gambled and lost.

If you in fact spoke with the SEC, I am certain they explained all SEC investigations are confidential. Unless there is a compelling reason for full disclosure, the SEC's rationale will probably never be known. If there were to be a civil action against DECN and/or its Officer/Director(s) the underlying details of the SEC's findings will be made public. Also, if there were to be a criminal action against anyone, i.e. something like trading on insider information, there is a good chance the germane parts of the SEC's investigative file will be disclosed.
