Interesting - haven't been following closely, but I would look at the insty holders in both as they are probably calling the shots.

What are the synergies?

Does one have a stronger IP position than the other?

These are just the first questions that come to mind.

Will investigate if I have time, it's always nice to learn about these things even if you don't have a position.
