Actually the market for DECN is the OTC. It doesnt matter what designation the OTC places on a ticker like OTCQB, OTCQX or pink or any other color like grey blue or purple, its still the OTC.
The problem lies in the fact that DECN has been suspended by the SEC and until a new MM sponsors DECN by filing a new FINRA Form 211 its matched trades only without any available public bids/asks.
