What is bullshit? What do you mean by actively tested?

Of course there are no clinical trials yet.

They have synthesized the drug, tested it in vitro, have said they have good results, have said they are working on a publication, and have said they are looking for government or BP partner to further develop the drug (coronaviricide / nCoV-cide).

Years after Diwan has left the party or died...there will still be folks here talking about how the CABAL is signalling some imminent massive short-squeeze, or the 10,000th bullshit PR will be put out by some pennystock manipulator about how NNVC has a cure for the latest viral plague.
