Past history doesn't necessarily dictate future events. Especially fuzzy incomplete history. Someone got out today. Dumped their 9k shares for $1000. Could have been the rest of the previously converted note or someone who bought around that price point yesterday and decided they didn't want the shares after all. If this was dilution or if there really was a lot of it we would be at or below a penny already.
