Who'd he allegedly say that to? The court? Nope. The creditors? Nope. Just a losing bidder who whined about it afterwards but didn't choose to object and litigate it in court.

It is completely absurd to believe that Mica told the GFive guy the truth and then turned around and lied to 2 federal judges and the secured creditors. That's just plain hogwash.
