wow you guys really believe that...... stick around awhile you will find otc is wild wild west and $decn got suspended because they were able to track unsiders dumling on speculation

I sold yesterday AM but my funds are not available on Etrade to trade. It shows a balance in cash but will not let me use it. Does anyone know if it just takes a while to clear or are my assets frozen indefinitely while this gets sorted out?
