READ THIS It will never go to 4 cents. If you read the SEC report there were two companies (forgot the name) that put in a massive amount of money in those two days (March 20-23) the stock went high. Then it dropped because they also took the money out (pump and dump), then I suspect in order for it not to look sketch they then announced that they would lower number of shares and start the price of at 3 cents. There’s a scheme here. The SEC knows what it’s doing when they hand these death sentences. Out of 3000+ companies ONLY 7 made it back to the pink sheets.
