That’s a good question.. I’ve seen class-action suit’s such as with ERON where they reversed every trade in the last three days and everybody’s bank account started with what they initially started with.
Then I seen class action suits were people got more money than they initially treated with.
It’s all up to the SEC, if the company intentionally lied or an investor group intentionally lied.. I’m sure somebody’s getting sued here if that’s the case and everybody with money here will be part of this class action lawsuit
