Based off of the SEC suspension letter, it seems that the information was based off of press release claims. Do you think the SEC received more information beyond the claims from the press releases?
My warnings about DECN were sincere and well intentioned! I am genuinely sorry that you and others fell victim to Berman's latest heist. You are not the first to have done so. And I hope that you are able to get some redress this time round! But my assessment is that the positive test results will not materialise for reasons that I have previously outlined in my posts.
