where do you see this updated figure on Outstanding Shares? and is there still the 25 million shares in escrow?

I just read the new document filed today on otcmarkets.com and it still shows 12-31-2019 as of last update..... Thanks!

sorry I just realized that it is on the new document.... it does state that there is still 25 million shares in escrow as of 12-31-2019 so that still means that the float is still really really low!
