How about you email him and question why there is no filing to cancel the RS he has in his pocket just waiting to be used. You know the one he already has approval for

Then you can ask him why it took him almost a week to update the SS on OTCMarkets after the info was sent to him.

Then you can ask him why OTCMarkets shows 1 billion AS but the state is showing double that.

I’ll wait to see what his reply was to you.
