Irrational exuberance tends to do that to $FNMA.

Now, even with all of this supposedly Good News, $FNMA is trading sub-$2. My how times have changed ;-)

It seems the $FNMA Facts have changed dramatically since this then. Hence the market is not valuing a positive resolution for $FNMA anywhere near as highly as it once did.

Times are changing amigos!
