That’s possible. And it could potentially explain some of the delays and requests. Yet it wouldn’t explain the quick approvals for trials and such. This makes me glad that NP is trying to always stay on the fda’s “good side”, but trying to play by their rules while at the same time singing their praises.
It almost makes you wonder if he could be potentially trying to gently move the fda’s hand with BLA projected timelines.
Of course, all mere conjecture. But it’s also a possibility, however much improbable. ;-)
