The good news is they grew the core FFO and collected 98% of the rents which is very impressive, they obviously got rid of guidance right now like every other company you can find. Not a real problem. They are very pricey and don't have a huge divy. I don't know enough to short it (I don't short individual stocks personally), but what I will say is this the company is far from cheap from a book value, doesn't pay a huge divy, and is trading at almost 25 times ffo guidance before it was taken away. This is far from a bargain, that's for sure. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
