So there is no proof. Just as we all knew.
Proof we do know is this company is under investigation for revocation.
Hasnt filed financials in over 2-3 years.
It has wiped out investor value 3 times.
There is no office to contact them and the phones arent working.
Plus a host of other issues.

Considering the provables---Common sense does not dictate a higher price.
