#66028 RE: Stockcaller #66027

Thanks for posting this. It has given me more insight. I was able to change the link a bit and get the numbers for Feb 25th - March 23rd while the D was on.

https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/4-less-pk-FLESD/historical/more-historical-data?current=0&Date1=12/01/19&Date2=04/23/20

While the D was on, a total of 101,498 shares were traded at a high of .299 to a low of .06. This page doesn't give us the amount of shares at each price point or even an average for the day. But we do know that people bought 101,498 shares for under .29. Some as low as .06.

After the D fell off there has been 99,475 shares trade at a high of.3995 to a low of .0601. Again we don't know the volume at each price point or even the average.

What we do know is that at least 100K shares were sold in the last 2 months for less than .29. So it stands to reason those same shares could be stacked at .32, .33, even .25 to be flipped for beer money.

The Pre-14C had a record date of April 20th. It stated as of the record date there were still 564,764 shares in the OS, so as of April 13th through 2 days ago, there has been no dilution.

If they can file their financials on time, I hope it will show the OS updated as of the filing date and there will still be no dilution.

How long does it have to go with 0 dilution before people begin to believe they are trying to right this ship?
