Absolutely, But to register as NEWS it has to be a standard PR. I don't get twitter feeds on my Etrade account. If it isn't a press release, it doesn't really count. Im pretty sure anyone can make a twitter account and say what ever they want to. But if it isn't listed below a ticker symbol as news, it doesn't reach 80% of the owners interested investors of that company. Im not dogging you, I want company PRs that can be held as records by the SEC. And yes, I am a substantial holder.
