As usual you make good points. For me this is just a red or black bet that will get some uptick or tank. I just see the need for such a device and through a little due diligence, I know, that the device is just a part of it and the legal bullchit is the rest. I could have made some decent coin since I invested and I am still sitting in the black. AGN got lucky to be able to convince people that they are the answer. Medical approval for their repurposed drugs will probably still take longer than getting the THC breathalyzer to work in the field even with accelerated approval for drugs, tests and IP tech that is medically purposed. Whoever invents the products that deliver results as promised for either sickness or safety of the masses, will very likely do well if they are invested. It's funny what life throws at us!
