By BANK, I meant loosely any lending party of any sort. Ok. So explain to us all, under today's LENDING laws, how any lending institution and legally lend money to businesses in this sector. Or better yet simply give us some names of some lending institutions that should be lending to them considering the current regulation restrictions.
