I know that the State shows 2, but he just update the OTC. It still says 1, as of 04-21-20.
The OS's went from 671,379,855 on 04-03-20, to 945,637,395 on 04-21-20.

So, he either screwed up the State, which I don't see them doing with that Articles update, or he screwed up today. If not, that means he has no more shares left to sell. Which is all he's done for years.
