Yet they are still diluting. And intend to continue doing so. The material events and news this am are not good nor are they great. They need to publicly address dilution for this to move or they just need to flat out stop using convertible debt. Unfortunately, everything they have shown is that they have zero intention of stopping the theft from common shareholders.
