so in the 3 days that they've become Pink Current, which apparently they only did to capitalize on being Pink Current...the stock traded:

$40,474 - 4/17
$14,581 - 4/20
$20,443 - 4/21

And that is your idea of them capitalizing on being Pink Current?

I'm guessing the filings were, with attorney fees which were maybe $15k would have resulted in a net gain of $60k? Dig a little deeper, at least be entertaining.
