If someone has proof that the CEO is liquidating and selling his own shares, give proof.

It is obvious the gist of my point was overlooked or ignored! Company's that choose to forego registering with the SEC are allowed to say and/or not say whatever they please!

The SEC shareholder protections do not apply to DECN and its only non-independent Board member and Officer Keith Berman. Berman has no obligation to report jack, including any of his personal DECN stock transactions, which is exactly what my post stated and is a well-documented FACT!
