Once again more pumping of a theory that is not applicable. Please explain why you think the Government needs an "out"? They are not going to pay one cent in damages and this will likely not go to verdict in any court before the irreparable damage of the coming Treasury draw.

Yes...if the thief (the US government) repays the money stolen (from FNMA shareholders) , then perhaps the judge will dismiss the charges.
