As a fairly new guy to the penny stock world, I have a question. I always thought that there had to be a buy for every sale. Is this not true? And if so then how can TDAmeritrade allow selling and no buying? Are they selling to other brokerages and just not allowing their members to buy? I'm just a little confused lol.
