Are you kidding, ACTL is "Halted or Suspended"? Why? Where?
57.1M-0.0001 x 58.5M-0.0002 now. You might Slap out all those dirt cheap shares at 0.0002 then sell them at 0.0015 ~ 0.0022 since its peer (FONU: 1.02B/985M shares Large OS/float) just surged 15-Bagger from the Same Bottom 0.0001 to 0.0015 last week v.s. ACTL (699M shares OS) has much much lower OS count but it is trading at ridiculous low 0.0001 ~ 0.0002 now!
Currently only another peer PUGE (634M/525M shares OS/float) is cheaper than ACTL in terms of current MV!
No way! 49.32M-0.0001 x 109.88M-0.0002 now. Nice to see 4.95M+ shares Slapped at 0.0002 since last Friday alone! Totally over 350M shares Slapped at 0.0003 ~ 0.0002 since this January!
Will ACTL (700M shares Small OS) crash back to 0 (i.e. "no bid") x 0.0001 again first or it will act like its peer (FONU: from 0.0001 to 0.0020 with 1.02B shares Large OS) to create a Multi-Year's New high 0.00292 in order to match the Same Market Value?
Anyway this hidden gem (ACTL) is Super Undervalued now! It is also Hyper Oversold --- from 0.0218 to 0.0001! Easy to hit the Sub-Penny Land or 0.001x ~ 0.009x again with similar very strong Slapping volumes like its peer did last week...
