Please read their filings. Clearly states that they are allowing others to run with research on their compounds. Says they are seeking deals, partnerships, etc.

flaflyersfan That is WRONG again! The recent filed with the SEC stated they are working in collaboration with Research Organizations, Universities and Medical institutions. With that in mind they are a live moving forward with phase 3 clinical trials.
