I emailed the SEC to see if they could tell me if the RS was rejected, also emailed Nevada whom Sparrow said they have to get current with before the split. They are revoked so I’m not sure how that works. I forget who but someone on the board said this was Sparrows plan to create panic and have everyone sell so she could sell more of hers.
