The FDA would not have given this to DECN if DECN was a scam.

First of all, the FDA would have NO CLUE if DECN is a scam! This determination is the purview of law enforcement or regulators, such as the SEC.

The topic of discussion is DECN's touted COVID-19 test kit! Does it work or not? How does it work? When will it be available? Have Patent Applications been filed? Has DECN been "notifified" it has been designated as a Pre-EUA program participant? And so on and so on and so on....

The FDA does not "PRE-JUDGE" an applicant or product! Each new product/process review is an entity onto itself. The FDA reviews the Application and supporting material to decide if the product/process is worthy of being considered for EUA Authorization. EOM.
