Big difference is Apple is UNENCUMBERED, Fannie and Freddie are hindered to the hilt!

...this is true but only on paper and we also know that's changing with the stroke of a pen this year :-)

PS... not likely that Apple is unencumbered but the GSEs actually are. Just have to do a little paperwork ;-)
